improveit 360 conversion tracking: the window job sells at the kitchen table, and your ads never hear about it
A homeowner clicks your replacement window or bath ad, fills in your quote form, and Web-to-Lead drops a new lead into improveit 360. Your call center sets the appointment and a rep sells it weeks later. Google and Meta only saw the form, so a full-house window sale looks the same as a no-show. We keep the ad click on the i360 lead and send issued appointments and sold contracts, with value, back to your ad accounts.

improveit 360 · what breaks
What goes wrong between your ads and improveit 360
- 01
Google is still bidding on form fills
Your ad accounts only see the thank-you page, so a price shopper and a whole-house window buyer count the same and bidding chases the cheaper one.
- 02
The lead source just says "Internet"
Unless your form passes the campaign and click ID, the source on each i360 lead is only as good as what the form or a call center rep fills in, so i360's ROI reports can't split Google from Meta from SEO.
- 03
Purchased leads blur the picture
EverConnect, Think Unlimited or ActiveProspect leads land beside your ad leads. Count every new i360 lead and your ads take credit for leads you bought.
- 04
Cancelled contracts stay counted as sales
A window or siding contract can cancel in the rescission window or die when financing falls through. Once it's reported as a sale, Google keeps bidding toward a job you never installed.
improveit 360 · the fix
What changes after the fix — improveit 360
Ads optimize toward issued appointments and sold jobs
Google and Meta get the appointment results and sales your reps log in i360, with contract value on the sale.
i360 reports show the real campaign
Each web lead carries its campaign and click ID, so the source on the i360 lead says Google search, Meta or organic instead of a generic "Internet" bucket.
Only your own ad leads train the algorithm
EverConnect and other vendor leads plus duplicates are filtered out, cancelled contracts are retracted in Google Ads, and Meta only hears about sales that held.
improveit 360 · architecture
What improveit 360 actually lets you hook into
i360 doesn't document a native Google Ads, GA4, GTM or Meta connection. What it does document is a Salesforce base, which gives us real fields and APIs to work with.
- 1
Web-to-Lead and Email-to-Lead intake
Listed i360 features. The click ID must be captured here, because nothing downstream can recover it.
- 2
Salesforce platform APIs
i360 says it's built on Salesforce and its APIs allow custom integrations. That's how sold and cancelled statuses get read.
- 3
Lead provider integrations
EverConnect, Think Unlimited and ActiveProspect feed leads in. We confirm how each is labeled so it can be excluded.
- 4
Call center connections
Five9 and RingCentral (via AppExchange) are listed, but neither as call tracking, so we check whether your numbers can identify an ad call.
- 5
Google's Salesforce import is marked Legacy
Google lists its Salesforce import as legacy and i360 doesn't document it, so we build to the GCLID offline import instead.
improveit 360 · diagnose
Where improveit 360 tracking breaks, in the order we check
Start at the website form, because a click ID that never reached the lead can't be rebuilt later.
- 01
Submit a test lead from an ad-tagged URL
Then open the new lead in i360 and look for the GCLID, fbclid and campaign values.
- 02
Count what fires on the thank-you page
Repeat submissions and quote-only forms often trigger extra conversions.
- 03
Review last month's lead source values
A pile of generic "Internet" or "Website" sources means the form isn't passing campaign data.
- 04
Trace phone leads through the call center
Check whether a caller from a Google ad is distinguishable from a yard sign caller.
- 05
Compare sold contracts with reported conversions
Per source, over a closed month, with contract value.
- 06
Follow a cancelled deal
Confirm Google Ads got a retraction and Meta never received the sale as final revenue.

Source of truth
improveit 360 records: leads by source, appointments set and issued, and sold contracts with contract value and cancellation status
- A test lead from an ad-tagged URL, with the click ID and UTMs confirmed on the i360 lead record.
- A duplicate submission that keeps the original click ID intact.
- An issued appointment and a sold contract each reported once to Google Ads and Meta, with the contract value on the sale.
- One sold contract appearing once in Meta Events Manager, with the browser and server copies collapsed on a shared event ID.
- A vendor lead confirmed absent from every ad conversion.
- A cancelled contract retracted in Google Ads and held back from Meta.
- Every sold contract from a closed month in i360 found in Google Ads by click ID, rechecked once cancellations settle.

improveit 360 · when not to buy
When you don't need this on improveit 360
Some remodelers on i360 get more from cleaning up lead sources.
- If most appointments come from canvassing, home shows or bought leads, ad attribution isn't where your money is.
- If your i360 admin already stores the GCLID and uploads sold jobs to Google weekly, keep going.
- If your only paid channel is Local Services Ads, the LSA lead dashboard matters more than this build.
- If reps don't update appointment results in i360, fix that first. No tracking can report a sale nobody logged.
improveit 360 · what we deliver
The event map on improveit 360
Web lead created
Fired once per new i360 lead from your site, with GCLID, fbclid and UTMs written to the lead record.
Appointment set
Leading signal when your call center or a Calendly booking puts the in-home visit on the calendar.
Appointment issued
The rep actually ran the demo in the home. This is the stage most accounts bid on first.
Contract sold
The main conversion, valued from the contract amount on the sale.
Cancellation or financing decline
Retracted in Google Ads with a conversion adjustment. Meta is sent the sale only after the cancellation window closes, so a dead deal never reaches it.
Purchased and duplicate leads
Tagged by source and excluded from every ad conversion, though still kept in i360 for your own reporting.
Written guarantee
95%+ tracking accuracy
Measured against improveit 360 records: leads by source, appointments set and issued, and sold contracts with contract value and cancellation status. Miss it and we keep working at no cost.

FAQ
improveit 360 questions, answered
Not natively, per its published integrations. Because it runs on Salesforce, the click ID can be stored on the Web-to-Lead lead and sold contracts sent back through Google's offline conversion import.
Not out of the box. We send issued and sold stages from your i360 records through Meta's Conversions API; Meta's Conversion Leads goal only covers Instant Form leads.
Only if they're counted. We tag them by source and exclude them from every conversion sent to Google and Meta.
Sold contracts with value are the goal. Window, bath and siding companies often start with issued appointments, which come sooner and in bigger numbers, then move bidding to sales.
Maybe, but Google labels that import as legacy and i360 doesn't document it. Google has also been moving offline conversion imports to its Data Manager API since June 15, 2026, so we build to that path.
i360 lists Five9 and RingCentral but no call tracking. If your numbers can't separate ad callers, we add call tracking that writes the source onto the lead.
