Your ads say leads. LeadPerfection says who sat and who signed. We connect the two.
Google Ads reports a pile of form fills, but in LeadPerfection those leads sit under a generic Internet source with no campaign attached, so your sold column never points back at an ad. That's how window, siding, kitchen and bath companies keep funding campaigns that fill the calendar with one-legger appointments and no contracts. We carry the click ID from your web form into the LeadPerfection lead, then send issued appointments and sold contracts back to Google and Meta so they bid on sales, not form fills.

LeadPerfection · what breaks
What goes wrong between your ads and LeadPerfection
- 01
"Every web lead just says Internet"
LeadPerfection reads web leads out of a POP3 mailbox, and a standard form email doesn't carry the click ID. When the parser doesn't fill source and sub-source, a setter picks them, so you can't tell which campaign produced a sold job.
- 02
Google is chasing form fills, not demos
With only the thank-you page as a conversion, Google learns from tire-kickers, wrong-area leads and appointments where one spouse never showed. Your cost per demo climbs while lead volume looks great.
- 03
Sold jobs that cancel still count
A contract rescinded during the cancellation window stays in whatever number reached the ad platform, so return on ad spend looks better than your bank account and Google keeps buying more of the same leads.
- 04
Calls get counted twice or not at all
Google logs a call from the ad, CallSource or 800 Response records it again, and your call center keys in a third record as a new lead. Three versions of one homeowner, and none of them tied to the click that paid for it.
LeadPerfection · the fix
What changes once LeadPerfection and your ads agree
Bidding on appointments that actually sat
Issued or demoed appointments from LeadPerfection become the conversion Google and Meta optimize toward, with sold contracts layered on once volume allows.
Sub-source reports that match your campaigns
The campaign lands in the sub-source field from the URL, not a setter's guess, so LeadPerfection's cost analysis by source lines up with what you spent in each ad account.
Real contract value, minus cancellations
Sold jobs report their gross amount, and anything that cancels is retracted so the platforms stop rewarding sales that never installed.
LeadPerfection · architecture
What LeadPerfection actually lets you hook into
LeadPerfection's public site lists no Google Ads, GA4, Meta Pixel, Zapier or webhook connection. These are the pieces it and its partners do document, and what we confirm on your account.
- 1
Lead-email reader
LeadPerfection's built-in mail client reads lead emails from any POP3 mailbox and puts the lead on a setter's screen. We confirm whether your parser can map a click ID and UTMs into fields on the lead.
- 2
Source and sub-source on every lead
Documented, with results and cost analysis down to the lowest sub-source. This is where campaign-level attribution has to live.
- 3
CallSource and 800 Response
Listed integrations that bring call records and recordings into LeadPerfection. Whether the ad click travels with the call is something we test on a live call.
- 4
Partner API access
One Click Contractor documents pulling jobs from a LeadPerfection sales API every 15 minutes, filterable by Source, SubSource and Disposition, and Hatch runs a two-way sync on the same interval. LeadPerfection's own site doesn't describe that API, so we confirm access for your account with them.
- 5
No documented ad-platform sending
Nothing on LeadPerfection's site describes posting conversions to Google or Meta, so issued and sold results get exported or pulled and sent server-side.
LeadPerfection · diagnose
Where LeadPerfection tracking breaks, in the order we check
On an in-home sales operation the click usually dies at intake, long before anyone sits at the kitchen table.
- 01
Open the lead email from a test submission
If the click ID isn't in the email, it can't reach LeadPerfection.
- 02
Check the lead record's source and sub-source
Set from the URL, or keyed by the setter from memory?
- 03
Count calls in three places
Google call conversions, CallSource or 800 Response records, and call-in leads in LeadPerfection for the same week.
- 04
Compare demoed appointments with Google conversions
Lead by lead for one closed week, to see what Google's bidding is actually learning from.
- 05
Find sold contracts that later cancelled
If they're still counted anywhere, return on ad spend is inflated.

Source of truth
LeadPerfection lead and appointment records: issued and demoed appointments, sold contracts with gross amount, and cancellations, by source and sub-source
- One test lead from an ad-tagged URL, with the click ID confirmed on the LeadPerfection lead.
- Source and sub-source on that lead set from the campaign, not by hand.
- One tracked call followed from Google call reporting into the call-in lead, counted once.
- Demoed appointments reconciled lead by lead against Google Ads and Meta.
- Sold contracts sent with their gross amount and matched to the right campaign.
- A cancelled contract retracted at every destination.
- Rerun after the cancellation window closes, and again after any change to your web form or lead mailbox.

LeadPerfection · when not to buy
When you don't need this on LeadPerfection
Plenty of LeadPerfection shops are better off spending the money elsewhere.
- If most appointments come from canvassing, home shows and promoters and paid ads are a small line item, LeadPerfection's own source reports are enough.
- If your digital leads are bought from aggregators rather than clicks on your own ads, there's no click to carry, so per-source cost analysis in LeadPerfection is the right tool.
- If your agency already stores the click ID on each LeadPerfection lead and imports demos and sales, an audit is enough and we'll say so.
- If your sub-source report already matches your ad invoices within a few leads a month, leave it alone.

FAQ
LeadPerfection questions, answered
Not that LeadPerfection documents. Its integrations page covers call tracking, call center, AI lead response, contracting, payments and accounting, but no Google Ads, Meta, GA4 or Zapier connection, so the link gets built through your lead intake and LeadPerfection's records.
LeadPerfection documents a mail client that reads lead emails from a POP3 mailbox and pulls out the details for your setters. That's why the click ID has to be written into the email and mapped into a field, or it's lost at intake.
Yes, as long as the Google click ID is stored on the lead. Google's offline conversion import takes that ID with the type of conversion and when it happened, and Google's conversion adjustments let a cancelled contract be retracted later.
Issued or demoed appointments first, because there are enough of them for bidding to learn. Add sold contracts with value once volume allows, and never bid on set appointments, which include no-shows.
Meta's Conversion Leads integration is built for Lead Ads instant forms. For website leads we send server-side events from LeadPerfection results with the Meta click ID and hashed contact details, matched to the original lead.
