Meta Ads service for brands that need stronger event quality before serious scaling

We improve Meta conversion visibility, strengthen first-party event quality, audit the account, and manage campaigns once the data is dependable enough to optimize against.

Why teams hire us

Meta performs better when event quality, attribution continuity, and browser-plus-server signal flow are working together. We fix the measurement issues first, then help you audit or manage the ad account with better confidence.

Stronger platform feedback loops for Meta optimization
Better visibility into leads, purchases, and funnel quality
More confidence in attribution before budget increases
A cleaner handoff between measurement and ad account management

Why businesses need this

The problems this service is built to solve

Most teams come to us after they realise the data they have been relying on is less complete than they thought. These are the gaps that make Meta Ads support necessary.

01

iOS 14+ destroyed browser-only Meta attribution

Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework caused Meta's pixel to lose visibility over a large share of mobile conversions. Brands that did not implement Conversions API are now optimizing on a fraction of their real purchase data.

02

Low Event Match Quality = higher CPAs

Meta's algorithm uses Event Match Quality (EMQ) to match your conversion events to real people in their system. Low EMQ means fewer matches, weaker optimization signals, and campaigns that never reach their potential ROAS.

03

Creative decisions made on unreliable data

When attribution is broken, winning ads look like losers and losing ads look like they are working. Teams pause the wrong creatives, scale the wrong audiences, and make budget calls that move in the wrong direction.

04

Retargeting audiences are smaller than they should be

Weak pixel coverage means fewer people in your website custom audiences, smaller lookalikes, and retargeting pools that do not include everyone who should be in them — shrinking the top of your funnel invisibly.

What we do

Everything included in a Meta Ads engagement

Every engagement is scoped to what your setup actually needs — not a checklist of things to bill for. Here is what a Meta Ads engagement covers.

01

Meta pixel and CAPI audit

We review your Meta pixel implementation, Conversions API setup, event mapping, and deduplication logic to confirm that browser and server events are working together without double-counting.

02

Event Match Quality improvement

We identify ways to pass more first-party customer data — hashed email, phone, name — to improve your EMQ score and give Meta's algorithm stronger signals to match against.

03

Attribution window review

We review your attribution settings across campaigns and confirm your reporting windows align with your actual sales cycle — so you are not making scale decisions based on misleading attribution.

04

Campaign and audience structure audit

We review your campaign structure, audience overlap, creative segmentation, and budget allocation to identify structural waste and opportunities before optimizing or scaling.

05

Creative testing framework

We help build a creative testing process grounded in cleaner attribution — so you can identify winning concepts faster and scale them with more confidence in the data behind the decision.

06

Ongoing account management

For managed accounts, we optimize weekly, monitor signal quality, and deliver monthly reports that reflect actual business outcomes — not just Meta's platform-reported numbers.

FAQ

Common questions about Meta Ads

Still have a question? Book a free strategy call and we will answer it directly.

What is Meta Conversions API and do I need it?+
The Conversions API (CAPI) is a server-to-server connection that sends conversion events directly from your server to Meta — bypassing browser restrictions and iOS limitations. If you are running any meaningful Meta spend and do not have CAPI properly set up, you are missing a significant share of your conversions.
How do I check my Event Match Quality score?+
Go to Meta Events Manager, select your pixel, and look at the Event Match Quality column for each event. Scores below 6 are concerning; scores below 4 indicate serious data gaps. We review and target a score of 7 or above after implementing first-party matching improvements.
Will fixing Meta tracking immediately improve my ROAS?+
Not immediately — Meta's algorithm needs time to relearn from the improved signals. Most clients see meaningful ROAS improvement within 2–4 weeks of implementing stronger event coverage, as the algorithm's optimization quality catches up to the better data.
Can you manage Meta Ads for eCommerce and lead gen?+
Yes. We support both eCommerce brands (purchase, add to cart, checkout) and lead generation funnels (lead, qualify, schedule). The measurement approach differs between the two, and we design event architecture to match your specific conversion journey.
Do you help with Meta creative strategy?+
We provide creative feedback and testing frameworks as part of management. We do not produce creative ourselves but work closely with your team or creative agency to test and scale what is working based on reliable attribution data.
What comes next

Meta works better when the event layer works better

We position Meta support as a measurement-led growth service. Better events create better optimization inputs, which creates better campaign decisions.
