GuildQuality surveys every finished project. Your ads never hear about one.
Your GuildQuality dashboard fills with completed surveys from kitchen remodels, window jobs and additions, yet Google Ads and Meta still think the win was a web form filled out months earlier. GuildQuality pulls contacts from your CRM once the work is done, and its help center documents no ad platform connection. We keep the ad click on the CRM record that later feeds GuildQuality and report signed and completed projects back to your campaigns.

GuildQuality · what breaks
What goes wrong with GuildQuality and your ads
- 01
Google Ads counts form fills, but the real job finishes months later
GuildQuality surveys homeowners after the project closes; MarketSharp, for example, can push a contact a set number of days after the job is marked complete. That list of finished work never reaches Google or Meta, so Smart Bidding values a basement finish the same as a quote request that went nowhere.
- 02
The reviews badge walks ad visitors off your site
GuildQuality's badge links to your public profile page on guildquality.com, which homeowners use to read reviews and find how to reach you. If someone who clicked your ad opens the badge and contacts you from that profile instead of your site, your site tags record nothing, and the campaign looks weaker than it is.
- 03
Lead Source in your reports says "Google" and stops there
GuildQuality suggests Lead Source as a custom field, but it holds whatever value your team enters. A plain "Google" can't separate paid search from Maps or Local Services, so you can't tell whether your remodeling campaigns bring the clients who score you highest.
- 04
Prospects who hired a competitor still count as wins
The Leads / Prospect survey asks whether a homeowner is still considering you and why they chose someone else. Your ad accounts recorded that lead as a success the day the form came in, so bidding keeps paying for more prospects just like them.
GuildQuality · the fix
What changes after we fix it — GuildQuality
Bidding learns from signed contracts
Sold and completed projects upload to Google Ads and Meta with the contract value, matched on the click ID captured at first contact or on hashed email and phone, so a signed addition finally outweighs a form that went nowhere.
A campaign beside every survey
The source comes from the tracked click on the CRM record, not a typed guess, so satisfaction and NPS can be compared campaign by campaign.
Past clients kept out of acquisition
Review Boost clicks, badge clicks and visits from survey emails are labeled, so homeowners you already served don't inflate leads or retargeting audiences.
GuildQuality · architecture
What GuildQuality actually lets you hook into
GuildQuality is a survey and reputation platform that sits at the end of your project. These hooks come from its own help center; anything not listed, we test.
- 1
Contact and project imports
Salesforce (editions with API access), QuickBooks Online (not Desktop), JobNimbus, improveit 360, MarketSharp, Google Sheets and Zapier-friendly CRMs such as AccuLynx, Jobber and Housecall Pro. Each is documented as bringing contacts in, not sending data out.
- 2
MarketSharp push rules
A "Push to GuildQuality" box on completed jobs, or an automatic send a set number of days after completion. That completion date is the conversion time we want.
- 3
Company API v3
A bearer-token API that lists surveys filtered by status and completion date range, and adds customers with projects, an end date and custom fields.
- 4
Webhooks
Survey Completion and Comment Published events post JSON with answers, contact and project data to a URL you choose.
- 5
No ad platform connection
No Google Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, Meta Pixel or Conversions API feature is documented, so conversions come from your CRM or a server container.
GuildQuality · diagnose
Where GuildQuality tracking breaks, in diagnostic order
Start inside Google Ads, because on most GuildQuality accounts nothing after the first web form ever gets reported, even though every surveyed project was a sale.
- 01
Open the conversion your campaigns bid on
A website form submit means bidding has never seen a signed job.
- 02
Check five recent completed projects for a click ID
Open the CRM records that fed GuildQuality and look for a GCLID, FBCLID or campaign field.
- 03
Click the badge on your own site
Note whether it leaves your site in the same tab and which phone number your profile shows.
- 04
Follow a survey email through "Contact us directly"
That form shows your web address, so check whether a past client's visit fires your lead tag or joins a Meta audience.
- 05
Compare completed surveys with reported conversions
Month by month, the gap shows how much finished work your ads never see.

Run on real leads moving through your own CRM, not on a test contact typed straight into GuildQuality.
Source of truth
GuildQuality completed surveys with their contact and project data, matched to signed and completed projects in the CRM that feeds GuildQuality
- One test lead from an ad-tagged URL, with the click ID confirmed on the CRM record.
- That record marked sold, then complete, with both conversions confirmed in Google Ads and Meta at the right value.
- The homeowner's GuildQuality survey joined to the original campaign through the webhook.
- A badge click and a Review Boost email checked for zero lead events.
- Completed projects reconciled one by one across a closed window, then again 30 days later.

GuildQuality · when not to buy
When you don't need this on GuildQuality
GuildQuality earns its keep on reviews either way. Wiring its projects to your ads only pays when paid campaigns bring in real jobs.
- If almost all your work comes from referrals and repeat clients and you don't run paid ads, GuildQuality's own reports are enough.
- If your CRM already uploads sold jobs to Google Ads with click IDs, keep it, and use GuildQuality for reviews alone.
- If contacts reach GuildQuality only by hand and you keep no CRM, start by putting leads in one. We'll tell you that rather than sell a build.
- If you sign only a few contracts a month, bid on held appointments and treat signed jobs as reporting until volume grows.

FAQ
GuildQuality questions, answered
Not for conversions. Its integrations bring contacts in from your CRM, QuickBooks Online or Google Sheets, and its webhooks and API send survey results to your own server, not to ad platforms.
Indirectly. Its survey records carry contact and project data but no click ID, and Google's click-based import is keyed on the Google Click ID unless you rely on enhanced conversions for leads. Capture the click when the lead arrives, store it in your CRM, and upload signed and completed jobs from there.
No. It lands weeks after the project ends and says nothing new about the ad click. Use it to compare campaigns by client satisfaction, not to bid.
Its "Leave a Google review" button opens your Google write-a-review form in a new tab, so it shouldn't touch your site conversions. The "Contact us directly" path opens a survey form showing your phone number and web address, so we check that past clients landing on your site from there aren't counted as leads.
Yes, once each CRM record holds the campaign from the tracked click and the Survey Completion webhook is joined to that record. Typed Lead Source values can't split Google Ads from Maps or Local Services.
Kitchen and bath remodelers, window and siding contractors, custom home builders and foundation repair companies, where sales cycles run long and GuildQuality already surveys the finished work.
