Reputation says your location pages drive calls and bookings. Your ads can't tell which ones they paid for.
Reputation gives every clinic, dealership or senior-living community a page with call and booking buttons, and its Traffic Insights count the calls your listings drive. Google Ads and Meta see almost none of it. The booking button hands patients to schedulers like DocASAP, Inquicker or Epic, the call button records a tap rather than a conversation, and the visits Rep Connect reads from athenahealth or CDK are used for review texts and surveys. We tie each location's bookings, calls and completed visits back to the ad click that paid for them.

Reputation · what breaks
What goes wrong when Reputation pages meet your ad accounts
- 01
"Track conversions" turned out to mean page views
Reputation lists Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and Google Tag Manager as Pages integrations. A tag on every location page shows people arrived, not which campaign booked a new patient, so Smart Bidding optimizes toward visits.
- 02
The appointment happens somewhere the ad click can't follow
The booking button hands the patient to DocASAP, Inquicker or Epic scheduling. Unless the gclid is passed across, the appointment lands with no ad source and your orthopedic or dermatology campaigns get no credit for the slots they filled.
- 03
Every phone tap counts as a lead
Click-to-call sits on every page, and a tap is easy to mark as a conversion. Reputation's product list offers Traffic Insights for listing calls but no call tracking with duration, so a pocket-dial and a booked consult score the same and your budget chases both.
- 04
Your best conversion data only sends review texts
Rep Connect links Reputation to athenahealth, ModMed, Open Dental, WelcomeHome, Sherpa and CDK so it can trigger review requests and surveys after a visit, move-in or sale. Nothing Reputation documents passes those records to Google or Meta, so a hip consult and a flu-shot walk-in look the same to bidding.
Reputation · the fix
What changes after we fix it — Reputation
Each booking credited once, to the right location
The click ID and the Reputation location ID are handed to the scheduler wherever it accepts them, and the confirmed appointment is sent server-side under one event ID.
Calls judged by what happened on them
Ad and location-page callers get trackable numbers that forward to your existing lines, so only answered calls past a set length count, by location.
Bidding trained on completed visits and sales
The same EHR, DMS or senior-living CRM records Rep Connect reads go to Google Ads and Meta as offline conversions with real values.
Reputation · architecture
What Reputation actually lets you hook into
From Reputation's published product details and platform pages. Where its docs stop, we test on your account.
- 1
Analytics integrations on Pages
Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and Google Tag Manager are listed. We confirm one container loads on every location template and the locator.
- 2
Scheduling integrations
Epic, Inquicker and DocASAP are listed for Pages. We check whether each booking completes on another domain and what confirmation signal it exposes.
- 3
Click-to-call, directions and booking actions
On every page, per Reputation. Useful as intent signals; the paid conversion has to come from the call or the confirmed appointment.
- 4
Rep Connect data feeds
Reputation lists sources such as CDK, Authenticom, athenahealth, ModMed, Open Dental, DrChrono, WelcomeHome and HubSpot, with sales data arriving by CRM API or CSV over SFTP. These feed reviews and surveys; nothing documented sends them on, so we build the ad-platform feed from the same source system.
- 5
Reputation API
Keys come through your customer success manager. No webhooks are documented, so it isn't a conversion pipe to Google or Meta.
Reputation · diagnose
Where Reputation tracking breaks, in the order we check
Start at the booking hand-off. On multi-location health and auto sites, that's where most paid credit disappears.
- 01
Does the gclid survive the trip into the scheduler?
One test booking from an ad-tagged location page, then open the appointment record.
- 02
Which conversion actions are primary in Google Ads?
Page views, call taps or a GA4 import of either usually sit there instead of confirmed appointments.
- 03
Is the location ID attached to every event?
Without it, a booking can't be split between dozens of urgent care sites or rooftops in a dealer group.
- 04
Are review-text and survey visitors inflating results?
Existing patients clicking back to a location page shouldn't count as new demand.
- 05
What do tags send on condition and provider pages?
Every field each tag sends, listed for your compliance team.

Source of truth
Your scheduling system and EHR, DMS or senior-living CRM (the same records Rep Connect reads), checked against Reputation's Traffic Insights for calls by listing
- A test booking from an ad-tagged location page, with the click ID and location ID on the appointment.
- Exactly one Google Ads and one Meta conversion per booking, sharing an event ID.
- A test call traced from the page to the call log, counted only once answered.
- Completed visits or sales from your EHR or DMS matched to the original clicks.
- No-shows, cancellations and review-text return visits confirmed absent from acquisition goals.
- Results reconciled location by location across a fully closed month.
- Rechecked 30 days later and after any Reputation template or scheduler change.

Reputation · when not to buy
When you don't need this on Reputation
Plenty of Reputation customers are better served by fixing reviews and listings first.
- If you don't run paid search or social to your location pages, Reputation's Listings and Traffic Insights already tell you what you need.
- If your ads send people to a central call center that books into one system, track that system, not the Reputation pages.
- If your hospital marketing team already sends completed visits to Google Ads with click IDs, we'll say so and keep the call short.
- If you have one or two locations with no online booking, a call tracking setup and an honest look at your phone log may be enough.
Reputation · what we deliver
The event map on Reputation
Location page viewed
Tagged with the Reputation location and service line. Diagnostic only, never a bidding goal.
Booking or call started
Booking button clicked or call button tapped, with click ID stored first-party. Kept secondary so taps don't train bids.
Qualified call
Answered and over your minimum length, attributed to campaign and location.
Appointment or test drive confirmed
The primary online conversion, read from the scheduler's confirmation and deduplicated across browser and server.
Visit completed, vehicle sold or move-in signed
From your EHR, DMS or CRM, uploaded as an offline conversion with value. No-shows and cancellations are withheld.
Existing-customer actions excluded
Return visits from review texts, survey links and patient portal logins stay out of acquisition goals.

FAQ
Reputation questions, answered
Not directly. Reputation's listed Pages integrations are analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tag Manager) and schedulers like Epic and DocASAP. We found no documented Google Ads or Meta conversion connection.
Reputation's Traffic Insights count calls driven by your listings, such as your Google Business Profile, including calls that never touched an ad. Google Ads only sees calls it can tie to a click, and a call-button tap isn't a qualified call.
Not that Reputation documents. Rep Connect brings data into Reputation for review requests and surveys. We send the same completed visits from your EHR or DMS to Google Ads and Meta as offline conversions, matched by click ID or hashed contact details.
Not without review. Health condition and provider pages need your compliance team to approve what each tag sends. Server-side tracking lets us strip fields before anything reaches Meta.
Yes. Every event carries the Reputation location ID, so a dealer group or health system can see which campaigns booked appointments at which site.
No. Reviews, listings and Pages stay as they are. We add tracking around the booking, the call and your source systems.
