Denticon keeps booking new patients. Your ads can't show which ones they sent.
Your Denticon schedule fills up, yet Google Ads and Meta report a fraction of those new patients, so nobody can say whether the implant campaign or the Invisalign ads are paying off. MyTooth, Planet DDS's online booking, is browser-based and link-driven, and Planet DDS documents no Google tag or Meta Pixel for it, so the trail usually ends at your Book button. We tie each new-patient booking back to its ad click, keep recall and Google Reserve bookings out of it, and make kept first visits the number your campaigns bid on.

Denticon · what breaks
What goes wrong with Denticon and your ads
- 01
"Denticon is full of new patients, Google Ads shows almost none"
The patient picks a time on MyTooth, not on your site, and Planet DDS documents no Google tag or Meta Pixel there. Google and Meta never see the booking, so bidding optimizes toward Book-button clicks from people who never choose a slot, and you can't tell which campaigns earn their budget.
- 02
Recall patients credited to your ads
Recall messages, Quick Fill offers and DentalOS AI Agents' outbound calls all put existing patients back on the schedule. Counted alongside paid bookings, they make your implant or Invisalign campaign look like it found patients you already had, and you keep funding it on borrowed credit.
- 03
Google Business Profile bookings credited to the wrong source
The Google Reserve add-on puts a Book Now button on your Business Profile that routes straight into MyTooth. Those patients never touch your website, so they either vanish from reporting or get credited to whichever campaign happened to be running.
- 04
Ten locations, one blurry number
Every location gets its own branded MyTooth scheduling page. Without the office on each conversion, a DSO can't see that one practice books well from Meta and another only from search, so budget stays spread evenly instead of following the patients.
Denticon · the fix
What changes — Denticon
Every ad-driven Denticon booking reaches Google and Meta once
Each MyTooth or partner-scheduler booking that started with a paid click is matched to that click, with one shared event ID so browser and server copies never double up.
Campaigns judged on kept first visits
Appointments that actually happen in Denticon become the conversion bidding learns from; broken and cancelled ones never count.
Budget split by location and appointment type
A full-arch implant consult outranks a hygiene visit, and each office's results stand on their own, without any clinical detail leaving the practice.
Denticon · architecture
What Denticon actually lets you hook into
From Planet DDS's own product, integration and API program pages. Where they're silent, we test on your account first.
- 1
MyTooth hosted booking links
Planet DDS describes MyTooth as browser-based and link-driven, sent by text or email, with branded scheduling per location. No website embed, Google tag or Meta Pixel is documented, so we confirm what your page can pass in.
- 2
Bookings written straight to Denticon
MyTooth reads live provider schedules in Denticon, and Planet DDS says appointments land in the PMS automatically once confirmed. That makes the schedule a clean source of truth.
- 3
Google Reserve add-on
An add-on that puts a Book Now button on your Business Profile, with bookings routed into MyTooth. They start on Google, not your site, so we label and report them separately.
- 4
Third-party schedulers
Planet DDS lists ZocDoc, Weave, Solutionreach and RevenueWell among more than 25 integrations. If one of those handles your website booking, its own tracking options are where capture happens, and we check them.
- 5
Planet DDS API program
For approved software partners: appointment and recall data, webhooks, event-based updates, plus online scheduling and appointment status writeback. Practices reach it through a partner; otherwise we work from Denticon's own reports, filtered by office.
Denticon · diagnose
Where Denticon tracking breaks, in diagnostic order
We start at the hop from your website to the booking page, where most practices lose the trail.
- 01
Which scheduler is behind your Book button?
MyTooth, a partner scheduler or a request form each break in a different place.
- 02
Does the ad click ID survive the hand-off?
Book from a URL carrying a test click ID and see what your site, the booking page and Denticon keep.
- 03
Are recall and AI Agent bookings mixed in?
Your own outreach must never share a conversion with paid traffic.
- 04
Is Google Reserve inflating ad results?
Business Profile bookings need their own label before any campaign gets credit.
- 05
Do reported bookings match Denticon?
By location, creation date and appointment type over a closed window, then how many were kept.

Source of truth
Denticon schedule and appointment reports: new-patient appointments by location, creation date, appointment type and status
- We open your site through a test ad link, confirm the click ID is stored on our side, then book in MyTooth.
- One Google Ads and one Meta conversion for it, sharing an event ID.
- The matching appointment found on the right location's Denticon schedule.
- A kept first visit sent as the primary conversion at its appointment-type value.
- A cancelled test appointment absent from both platforms.
- Recall, Quick Fill and Google Reserve bookings absent from ad acquisition conversions.
- The closed-month match repeated after 30 days and after any Denticon or website change.

Denticon · when not to buy
When you don't need this on Denticon
We'll say so on the call.
- If nearly all your new patients phone in and online booking is a small extra, call tracking will tell you more.
- If you don't run paid ads and MyTooth mostly handles recall and forms, Denticon's own reports already cover you.
- If your scheduler already reports bookings to Google Ads and the counts match your Denticon new-patient list, a short review is enough.
- If a single office books only a few online new patients a month, a monthly manual match may do for now.

Never sent, and kept out of any audience built to find new patients.
Recall, Quick Fill, AI Agent and Google Reserve bookings
Logged for front-desk and Business Profile reporting, excluded from every ad acquisition conversion.

FAQ
Denticon questions, answered
Yes, but not out of the box. MyTooth has no documented Google tag, so we keep the click ID on your site and send the booking, or better the kept visit, from Denticon data.
Planet DDS's MyTooth pages don't mention either. We test what your setup allows and use Meta's Conversions API from Denticon records for anything the page can't report.
Not by default. They start on your Business Profile, so they're reported on their own unless a click from a specific campaign can be shown.
No appointment reasons, treatment or clinical details. Conversions carry the click ID, an event ID, a value and, where you approve it, hashed contact details for matching.
Yes. We attach the Denticon office to every conversion, so Google Ads and Meta results can be compared location by location.
