Your Convoso floor closes the deal. Your ad accounts never hear about it.
Convoso is built to dial a fresh web lead within seconds, so the sale, the qualified transfer or the set appointment happens on a call your agent places. Google Ads and Meta only saw the form, and they keep bidding for whatever fills your dialer lists fastest. We keep the click ID on the lead you post into Convoso and send your real dispositions back as conversions.

Convoso · what breaks
What goes wrong with Convoso and your ads
- 01
"Meta says our leads are cheap. My closers say they're garbage."
Without disposition data, Meta's algorithm optimizes for form fills, and the campaign that floods your Convoso lists with wrong numbers and no-contacts looks like your best one.
- 02
"The sale happened on our callback, days after the click"
On a Convoso floor the close comes on a call your agent places, sometimes several redials after the form. Google Ads and Meta never see that call, so they can't credit the ad that started it, and the ads that actually sell get starved of budget.
- 03
"We buy leads and run ads. I can't tell which one pays."
Aggregator leads and your own ad leads land in the same campaigns. Unless source and click ID survive the post into Convoso, cost per sale by ad is guesswork.
- 04
"Google shows more conversions than we made sales"
Form-submit tags, a thank-you page reload and the same lead posted twice can each count, so bidding pays for wins that never happened. Convoso's Lead Deduplicator cleans the dialer, not your conversion data.
Convoso · the fix
What changes — Convoso
Bidding learns from your floor, not your forms
Google Ads and Meta receive the dispositions your agents set in Convoso, so smart bidding chases leads that pick up and buy.
Cost per sale by campaign, ad and lead vendor
Every Convoso lead carries its source, so a Medicare ad set or a debt relief keyword can be compared against a bought aggregator lead.
Recycled and duplicate leads stop inflating results
A person who is redialed, reposted or transferred twice still counts once at each destination.
Convoso · architecture
What Convoso actually lets you hook into
Convoso's help center documents its lead API and workflow tools, but lead fields and dispositions are set up per account, so each hook is confirmed inside your account before we build on it.
- 1
Loading leads by API
Convoso points to automatic API loading as the way to get leads dialed fastest. We confirm which lead fields in your account can hold the click ID, UTMs and lead source on that post.
- 2
Disposition workflows through Convoso Connect
Convoso's help center shows workflow automations that trigger on a disposition and post lead fields to an outside URL through Convoso Connect. We confirm it's available on your account and map the fields our server endpoint needs.
- 3
Zapier
Convoso's examples include alerts after important dispositions and pushing web form leads in. Fine at low volume; we check timing and fields.
- 4
Convoso for Salesforce
Calls log to Salesforce as activities. If Salesforce is your record of the sale, conversions can be sent from there instead.
- 5
No native ad platform connection
We found no documented Google Ads, GA4 or Meta integration, so the return trip to your ad accounts is something we build.
Convoso · diagnose
Where Convoso tracking breaks, in diagnostic order
On a Convoso account the usual fault isn't the dialer. It's what gets dropped on the way in.
- 01
Is the click ID on the Convoso lead record?
Submit a test lead from an ad-tagged URL and open it in Convoso. If the GCLID or fbclid isn't there, nothing downstream can match.
- 02
Does a lead distribution platform strip fields?
Ping-post and lead distribution tools sitting in front of Convoso can drop custom fields in their mapping, so we check every hop between your form and the dialer list.
- 03
Which dispositions count as a win?
Floors often have several sale and transfer codes. We list them all so none is missed or double-counted.
- 04
Are reposts and recycled leads creating new conversions?
Check whether a resubmitted form or a lead moved to a new list reports again.
- 05
Are bought leads mixed with ad leads?
Aggregator leads must be tagged and kept out of the ad platform feed, or they distort your cost per sale.
Convoso · prove
The QA evidence — Convoso
Run on a real lead from a live ad URL, dialed and dispositioned by your floor, not a record created in the admin.
Source of truth
Convoso lead records and disposition history: leads by list and campaign, with the agent's final disposition and the date it was set
- A test lead from an ad-tagged URL, with the click ID confirmed on the Convoso lead.
- The qualified or sale disposition received by Google Ads and Meta within the expected upload window.
- Exactly one conversion per person after the lead is redialed, reposted and transferred.
- Dead, DNC and wrong-number dispositions confirmed absent from both ad accounts.
- Aggregator-sourced leads confirmed excluded.
- Sale dispositions reconciled lead by lead against each platform over a closed window.
- Repeated 30 days later and after any disposition or list change.

Convoso · when not to buy
When you don't need this on Convoso
Plenty of Convoso floors run without a single paid click of their own.
- If every lead you dial is bought from aggregators or comes in as a live transfer, there's no ad account to feed, and vendor reporting is the job, not ad tracking.
- If you only run outbound to aged or purchased lists, Convoso's list and campaign reports already answer the questions you have.
- If your ad leads skip Convoso and close in another CRM, the conversion belongs on that system, so we'd fix it there.
- If your ad spend is small enough that a monthly export and a spreadsheet show which campaign sells, start there.

Web lead submitted
Fired once on your form, with the click ID and UTMs captured and passed in the post to Convoso.
Lead contacted
First live connect by an agent or the Voso.ai voice agent. A quality signal only; answering machines and no-answers are left out.
Qualified or transferred
The disposition your floor uses for a qualified prospect or a warm transfer to a licensed agent, sent as the main optimization event.
Appointment set
For mortgage, reverse mortgage and law firm intake teams that book a follow-up call or consult instead of closing live.
Sale, enrollment or signed case
The money event, valued from your own records where a value exists, sent from your server rather than the browser.
Excluded dispositions
Wrong number, do-not-call, not interested, duplicate and aggregator-sourced leads never report back to the ad accounts that didn't produce them.

FAQ
Convoso questions, answered
We found no native connection in Convoso's documentation. The link is built by storing the ad click ID on the lead and sending dispositions back through Google's offline conversion import and Meta's Conversions API.
Yes. The strongest match is the GCLID saved on the lead when it was posted into Convoso. Google's enhanced conversions for leads can also match the uploaded disposition on a hashed email or phone number from the form.
Because a form submission is the only signal it gets. Once contacted, qualified and sale dispositions flow back from Convoso, Meta can optimize toward people who pick up and buy.
Not if each conversion carries one ID per person. We set that up so a lead dialed ten times or moved between lists still counts once.
Yes. Each lead is tagged with its source when it enters Convoso, and only leads from your own ad clicks are sent to Google Ads and Meta.
