Riders book limo and charter trips in Moovs. Your ads can't see which ones.
Google Ads says the campaign is producing bookings, but the reservations screen in Moovs disagrees. The Moovs iframe and portal link both load from customer.moovs.app, and the floating widget hands riders to Moovs' own booking flow, so your site's tags lose the rider once they start choosing a vehicle. We tie each confirmed Moovs reservation back to its ad click and send it to Google and Meta with the real trip value.

Moovs · what breaks
What goes wrong when you run ads into Moovs
- 01
Google counts a click on Book Now as a booking
When the widget button is your conversion, a rider who opens it and leaves still counts as a booking. Smart Bidding then spends your budget finding more people who browse vehicles and never reserve.
- 02
Hand-priced quotes vanish from reporting
Requests inside your reservation cutoff window, and any vehicle with Base Rate Automation switched off, arrive in Moovs as quotes with no price. You price and convert them yourself, so the party-bus and coach jobs you quote by hand never get credited to the ad that brought them.
- 03
The quote turns into a trip later, from a text
Sales Automation texts the rider a link, and they convert the quote into a reservation themselves, well after the click and outside any browser tag. The ad that paid for the trip gets no credit.
- 04
No way to tell which campaign fills the calendar
Your analytics sees a visit, then nothing, because the booking happens on customer.moovs.app. You cut the airport-transfer or charter campaign on a guess.
Moovs · the fix
What changes after we fix it — Moovs
Bidding learns from confirmed trips
Google and Meta optimize toward reservations you accepted in Moovs, not widget opens or abandoned vehicle choices.
Hand-priced quotes credited to the right ad
Cutoff-window quotes, priceless requests and Sales Automation conversions are sent back once they become reservations.
Trip value on every conversion
Each conversion carries the reservation total, so a 10-hour coach charter and a one-way airport run stop being counted as equal.
Moovs · architecture
What Moovs actually lets you hook into
The Moovs help articles we reviewed explain how to place booking on your site. They don't cover analytics, so each hook below is tested on your account first.
- 1
Floating website widget
A Book Now or Get a Quote button pasted into your site header from Settings > Customer Portal > Installation & Share (Pro plan). Your tags can see the button click; what reaches them after that is the first thing we test.
- 2
Customer Portal iFrame
Generated code that loads from customer.moovs.app/your-slug/iframe. Moovs says a hand-built iframe of the portal URL won't work, and your Pixel can't see inside the frame either way.
- 3
Customer Portal link
A standalone page hosted by Moovs. Riders leave your domain, so the ad click details stay behind unless something carries them across.
- 4
Reservation, quote and payment records
Quotes, the Unconfirmed reservation filter and the monthly Finances exports are the reliable source for what actually got booked and paid.
- 5
Analytics, Pixel, webhooks and API
None of these appear in the Moovs help articles we reviewed, so we confirm with your account what is available before planning around it.
Moovs · diagnose
Where Moovs tracking breaks, in the order we check
We start with what your conversion actually fires on, because on Moovs sites it's often a button click, not a trip.
- 01
Find the trigger on the current conversion
Widget click, thank-you page view or nothing at all. Each one fails differently.
- 02
Book a test trip from an ad-tagged URL
Then open the reservation in Moovs and see whether any trace of the click arrived on customer.moovs.app.
- 03
Check your reservation cutoff and Base Rate Automation
Both turn bookings into hand-priced quotes, and those need their own conversion path.
- 04
Review priceless requests and Sales Automation
See which trips get confirmed from the Unconfirmed filter or a text link, away from the browser.
- 05
Compare confirmed trips with reported conversions
Per reservation, over a closed month, with Finances payments as the value check.
Moovs · prove
The QA evidence — Moovs
We test on your live site through the same widget, iframe or portal link a rider would use, then find that exact trip in your Moovs reservations.
Source of truth
Moovs reservation records, meaning confirmed trips by pickup date with vehicle and total, cross-checked against the Payments export under Finances
- A test reservation from an ad-tagged URL, traced from click to confirmed trip.
- A cutoff-window quote priced by hand and confirmed, then seen arriving as one conversion.
- Exactly one Meta event per reservation, with a matching event ID in Events Manager.
- Trip totals checked against Moovs Payments, with gratuity excluded.
- Confirmed reservations matched against Google Ads and Meta across a closed month.
- Repeated 30 days later and after any change to your widget or portal settings.

Moovs · when not to buy
When you don't need us for Moovs
Some Moovs operators get more from a short conversation than a build.
- If most of your trips come from GNet affiliates, brokers, facilities or corporate accounts rather than ads, better attribution won't change much.
- If you don't run paid ads and riders find you through referrals or GNet, focus on your Moovs reports instead.
- If Moovs' own marketing service runs your Google campaign, first ask what it counts as a booking. If that matches your confirmed reservations, keep it.
- If your only problem is a Book Now click counted as a conversion, switching that action to secondary in Google Ads is a quick change, and we'll tell you how to do it yourself.
Moovs · what we deliver
The event map on Moovs
Booking flow opened
Widget click, iframe view or portal visit, logged as a signal, never a conversion.
Quote or reservation request submitted
The lead step, tagged as an instant-price booking, a cutoff-window quote or a priceless request.
Reservation confirmed
The primary conversion, sent once the trip shows as a confirmed reservation in Moovs, not when the request or quote form is submitted.
Deposit or full payment taken
Valued from Moovs Payments. Gratuity is kept out so the number reflects what the trip earns.
Cancellation processed
Cancellation requests you approve get adjusted wherever the ad platform allows it.
Excluded: repeat corporate and broker trips
Standing corporate accounts, GNet affiliate work and medical transport booked by facilities stay out of acquisition reporting.
Written guarantee
95%+ tracking accuracy
Measured against Moovs reservation records, meaning confirmed trips by pickup date with vehicle and total, cross-checked against the Payments export under Finances. Miss it and we keep working at no cost.

FAQ
Moovs questions, answered
The Moovs help articles we reviewed don't document a Google Ads, GA4 or Meta Pixel connection. Tracking has to be built around the widget, iframe or portal link and the reservation records, and we confirm what your account exposes first.
The iframe loads from customer.moovs.app, a different domain from your site, so tags on your page can't read what happens inside it. Confirmed trips have to be sent from your Moovs records instead.
They come into Moovs as quotes you price by hand, so there's no booking moment in the browser. We send the conversion when the quote becomes a confirmed reservation, tied back to the original ad click.
No. It's useful as a signal, but as the primary conversion it teaches Google to find people who open the widget, not people who book a limo or charter.
That's where it matters most. A wedding party bus or multi-day coach charter is worth far more than a one-way airport run, so sending the real trip total lets bidding chase the trips that pay.
