CleanCloud pickup orders not showing in Google Ads? Here's the fix.
Your drivers collect bags all week, yet Google Ads and Meta show a handful of purchases worth a few dollars each. CleanCloud only sends ad events when its booking tool sits on your own site with its tracking snippet, and CleanCloud itself warns the order value can be incomplete when customers don't pick items. We fix the embed, then feed real pickup orders from CleanCloud's webhooks to Google and Meta so bidding learns from tickets customers actually paid.

CleanCloud · what breaks
What goes wrong with CleanCloud and your ads
- 01
"My ads say two orders, my route says thirty"
With CleanCloud's hosted link, the order happens on CleanCloud's servers and your Google and Meta tags never see it. Campaigns that fill your vans look dead, so they get cut.
- 02
Wash-and-fold orders reporting $0 or close to it
CleanCloud warns the order value can be incomplete when customers aren't prompted to pick items. A wash-and-fold bag priced by weight at the plant can report next to nothing, so value bidding chases cheap tickets.
- 03
Google learning from sign-ups instead of pickups
The booking tool fires sign_up and CompleteRegistration as well as purchase. Set those as primary goals and the platforms chase people who register but never schedule a collection.
- 04
Google Maps and app orders with no ad credit
Your Maps Book online button opens CleanCloud's own booking flow or app, and branded-app orders sit outside web tracking. Nobody can say which ads sent those customers.
CleanCloud · the fix
What changes once CleanCloud is wired in
Every web pickup counted once
We check whether the booking tool's purchase carries the CleanCloud order ID and key the webhook copy to it, or take the browser purchase out of bidding, so Google and Meta keep one copy of each pickup.
The invoiced ticket becomes the conversion value
We confirm which CleanCloud status means the ticket is final and send the invoiced total from there, wherever each platform accepts it, so campaigns are judged on what customers paid.
Acquisition separated from your regulars
Repeat pickups, counter orders, DoorDash and Uber orders and subscribers stop inflating new-customer numbers.
CleanCloud · architecture
What CleanCloud actually lets you hook into
From CleanCloud's own help center and API page. Where the docs are silent, we test first.
- 1
Web booking tool events
With your own Google or Meta snippet on the site, CleanCloud sends GA4 sign_up, login and purchase, and Meta CompleteRegistration and Purchase, for visitors from ads.
- 2
Four ways to place the booking tool
Hosted link, standalone page, embedded code or iFrame. CleanCloud's ad tracking needs the standalone or embedded option; the iFrame disables Apple, Google and Facebook logins.
- 3
UTM-based Advertising metrics
Settings → Metrics → Advertising reports performance by utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign and utm_term, but only if your ads carry those UTMs.
- 4
Webhooks and REST API on Grow or Grow+
Webhooks cover order creation, status changes, rescheduling, nothing-to-pickup, deletion and customer changes. The API returns orders, invoices and payments, capped at 50,000 requests a month.
- 5
Branded app and Google Maps
The branded app logs Firebase events, including purchase, to a linked Google Analytics property, though CleanCloud doesn't support GA. The Maps button only links to approved CleanCloud domains, where your tags don't run.
- 6
What's not documented
No native Google Ads import, Meta Conversions API, Tag Manager setting or Zapier app, so server-side sending is built on the webhooks.
CleanCloud · diagnose
Where CleanCloud tracking breaks, in diagnostic order
Start with the embed, because a hosted-link booking button explains most "zero orders" accounts before anything else is worth checking.
- 01
Which embed option is live
Hosted link means no ad events at all from the booking tool.
- 02
Is the UTM tracking snippet on every page
CleanCloud asks for it site-wide, not just on the booking page, or campaign data drops out.
- 03
Do your Google and Meta ads carry UTMs
Without them, CleanCloud can't credit the order to a campaign.
- 04
What value reaches the purchase event
Compare a test order's reported value with its final invoice.
- 05
Which goals are primary in Google Ads and Meta
Sign-ups and logins should not sit beside pickups.
- 06
Your CleanCloud plan
No Grow or Grow+ means no webhooks, which caps how far server-side can go.
CleanCloud · prove
How we prove it on real CleanCloud orders
Run on real pickup orders placed through the booking tool on your live site, from tagged ad URLs, not from the CleanCloud admin.
Source of truth
CleanCloud orders and invoices: Pickup and Delivery orders by date, with customer, final invoiced total and status
- A test pickup from an ad-tagged URL, visible in CleanCloud's Advertising metrics.
- One GA4 purchase and one Meta Purchase per order, keyed to the CleanCloud order ID.
- The invoiced total compared with the checkout value, and sent wherever the platform accepts it.
- A nothing-to-pickup order withheld or retracted; a rescheduled pickup counted once.
- In-store and repeat-pickup orders absent from acquisition conversions.
- Orders matched record by record over a fully closed window, repeated 30 days later.

CleanCloud · when not to buy
When you don't need this on CleanCloud
Plenty of CleanCloud stores are better off with a quick settings fix or nothing at all.
- If you run a counter-only dry cleaner or alterations shop with no pickup and delivery and no paid ads, there's nothing to attribute.
- If nearly every new order comes from the Google Maps button or the CleanCloud app, measure those channels on their own terms; ad tracking won't see them.
- If your only fault is the hosted link, switching to the standalone page and adding CleanCloud's tracking snippet may be enough, and we'll tell you to do it yourself.
- If you spend a small amount on one platform and CleanCloud's Advertising metrics already match your orders, keep watching that report.

FAQ
CleanCloud questions, answered
Not directly. CleanCloud sends GA4 and Meta Pixel events from its booking tool when your own snippet is on the site, and Google Ads can create a conversion from a GA4 key event like purchase. Real ticket values and offline matching need the webhooks.
Usually a hosted-link booking button, a missing tracking snippet or ads without UTMs. Orders from the Google Maps button and the CleanCloud app never pass through your site's tags.
CleanCloud warns the purchase value can be incomplete when customers don't select items at checkout, which is common for wash-and-fold priced by weight. We check it against the final invoice and send the real total where the platform accepts it.
For webhooks and the API, yes: CleanCloud limits them to Grow and Grow+. On other plans we fix the browser-side setup and tell you plainly what it can't capture.
CleanCloud's web ad tracking doesn't cover the app. The branded app can log Firebase events to Google Analytics, though CleanCloud doesn't support that setup; tying app orders to specific ads is a separate job.
Laundromats with pickup and delivery, wash-and-fold services, dry cleaners, alterations shops and shoe cleaning or repair businesses running Google or Meta ads into CleanCloud's online booking.
