Your best accounts work through Corrigo. Google Ads never hears about them.
If you run a commercial HVAC, refrigeration or hood cleaning company, you know the pattern: a facility manager clicks your ad and sends an RFQ, then the invitation, work orders and invoices all move into CorrigoPro, the provider side of JLL's Corrigo platform, where your tags never run. Google Ads counts one form fill and calls the campaign a loss, even when that account sends work all year. We connect the click to the Corrigo account it became, so bidding learns from the accounts that pay you.

Corrigo · what breaks
What goes wrong when your commercial work runs through Corrigo
- 01
"Google Ads says the campaign failed, but our biggest client came from it"
The RFQ lands, then the relationship moves to a Corrigo invitation and work orders in CorrigoPro. Google Ads only sees the first form, so Smart Bidding keeps spending on cheap form fills from homeowners and job seekers instead of facility buyers.
- 02
"One RFQ became a year of work orders, and the ad got credit for one lead"
A multi-site grease trap or refrigeration account reports the same value as a one-off call, so bidding won't pay more to find the next one.
- 03
"We can't tell which accounts the ads won and which Corrigo sent us"
CorrigoPro makes providers visible to other Corrigo users. Count every new connection as an ad win and your return on ad spend looks better than it is.
- 04
"The revenue we report isn't revenue we've invoiced"
Some customers require the facility manager to verify work before you can invoice, and not-to-exceed amounts change mid-job. Sending an NTE as conversion value trains bidding on money you may never bill.
Corrigo · the fix
What changes once the click and the Corrigo account are linked
Every ad-won account traced to its click
The click ID from your RFQ or tracked call follows the lead into your CRM and is matched to the customer once they connect in CorrigoPro.
Bidding learns from invoiced work
Accepted work orders and verified invoice totals go to Google Ads as offline conversions, so campaigns aim at commercial accounts, not form volume.
Network work reported apart
Accounts from the Corrigo network or an existing JLL relationship stay out of ad conversions, so cost per account is honest.
Corrigo · architecture
What Corrigo actually lets you hook into
Corrigo is the facility manager's system. Your side is CorrigoPro, and what it exposes to you is work orders and invoices, not ad data.
- 1
CorrigoPro Desktop and mobile apps
Where invitations, work orders and invoices live. JLL documents no place for a tag, Pixel or Analytics ID.
- 2
CorrigoPro Direct API
Links your own work order system with OAuth credentials. The setup guide says it needs Admin rights and may need a higher membership level.
- 3
Webhook event notifications
Optional webhooks for work orders received, accepted, rejected and recalled, work verified, technician check-ins and NTE or quote changes.
- 4
Invoice methods and status events
Version 4.1 added endpoints to retrieve and submit invoices plus an invoice status changed notification.
- 5
No ad platform connection
No documented Google Ads, GA4, Tag Manager or Meta link, so the click must be captured on your website and carried in your CRM.
Corrigo · diagnose
Where Corrigo tracking breaks, in the order we check
Start at your website, because Corrigo can't report a click it never saw.
- 01
Do RFQ forms and tracked calls save a click ID?
One test RFQ from an ad-tagged URL, then open the CRM record.
- 02
Do CRM company names match Corrigo's?
A chain under its parent name in one place and a store name in the other breaks every match.
- 03
Does your membership allow CorrigoPro Direct?
Look for its widget on your Desktop home page; if it's missing, plan a weekly manual feed.
- 04
Which connected customers came from ads?
Split ad, network, referral and existing accounts before sending any value.
- 05
Does Google Ads value match your invoices?
Compare against submitted invoices for ad-won accounts over a closed quarter.

The QA evidence — Corrigo
Checked against a real ad-won account's work in CorrigoPro, not a test customer.
Source of truth
CorrigoPro work orders and invoices by customer and location: accepted work orders, verified work and submitted invoice totals
- A test RFQ from an ad-tagged URL, with the click ID on the CRM company record.
- One ad-won customer traced from click to Corrigo connection to first accepted work order.
- Google Ads values matched to submitted CorrigoPro invoices, with no NTE or quote amounts.
- Network and pre-existing accounts confirmed absent from ad conversions.
- A rejected work order confirmed never to count.
- The reconciliation repeated 30 days later.

Corrigo · when not to buy
When you don't need this for Corrigo
Plenty of Corrigo providers would be wasting money on attribution work.
- If every Corrigo customer came through a national facilities contract or the network and you don't run paid search for commercial work, there's no click to connect.
- If ads only bring residential service calls, track those in your field service software instead.
- If you win two or three commercial accounts a year, a spreadsheet matching each to its first contact may be enough, and we'll say so.
- If the real problem is getting paid faster on Corrigo invoices, that's billing, not tracking.

FAQ
Corrigo questions, answered
Not that JLL documents. CorrigoPro lists no Google Ads, GA4 or Meta connection, so revenue reaches Google Ads through offline conversion import from your CRM, using the click ID captured on your website.
The click ID is saved when the facility manager first sends an RFQ or calls a tracked number. When that customer invites you in CorrigoPro, we match the account to that lead, and its invoices roll up to the original click.
It helps but isn't required. It adds API access and webhooks for work orders and invoices, but needs Admin rights and possibly a higher membership level; a weekly log works without it.
Submitted invoice totals after any required verification. NTE amounts and quotes change, so they teach bidding the wrong numbers.
No. CorrigoPro makes providers visible to other Corrigo users, so some accounts arrive with no ad touch, and those are reported separately.
Commercial trades serving facility-managed sites: commercial HVAC and plumbing, refrigeration and kitchen equipment repair, hood and grease trap cleaning, janitorial, elevator service and parking lot maintenance.
