Foundation Finance funds the job. Your ad accounts never find out which click started it.
Your rep prequalifies the homeowner in LaunchPAD, the contract goes out through DocuSign, Foundation Finance makes its verification call after the install, and the ACH lands days later. Every one of those steps happens in the dealer portal, so Google Ads and Meta stop at the call or form that booked the in-home estimate. We carry the ad click from that first lead all the way to the funded contract, so window, siding, roofing, HVAC and water treatment campaigns get judged on jobs Foundation Finance actually paid out on.

Foundation Finance · what breaks
What goes wrong when Foundation Finance closes your sales
- 01
"Google says the ad worked. I can't tell which installs it paid for."
LaunchPAD has no documented link to Google Ads, GA4 or Meta, so funded contracts never reach the ad platforms. Bidding keeps optimizing for estimate requests, including the ones that never signed.
- 02
A soft-pull prequal gets counted like a sale
Prequalification is a soft credit pull that commits nobody. If your CRM fires a 'financed' conversion at that point, your ads learn from homeowners who later walked away or never got past the hard pull at contract.
- 03
Homeowners who apply from your app link look like they came from nowhere
Foundation Finance hands dealers a custom credit app link to text, email or post on the website, and it prequalifies the homeowner on its own. If that application never touches your CRM first, the ad click behind it is lost and the funded job can't be credited to any campaign.
- 04
Approval amount and funded amount aren't the same number
Available credit is often set a little above the project price, and scope changes get new documents without a new application. Report the approval and your return on ad spend is padded with money that was never lent.
Foundation Finance · the fix
What changes after we fix it — Foundation Finance
Ads credited for funded jobs, not prequals
Google Ads and Meta receive a conversion only after Foundation Finance has verified and paid the job, matched to the click that booked the estimate.
Real contract value on every conversion
The value comes from the final signed documents in LaunchPAD, so a single window swap and a full roof replacement stop reporting as equals.
Low-quality lead sources become visible
With prequal, signed and funded stages reported separately, you can see which campaigns bring homeowners who qualify and which bring declines.
Foundation Finance · architecture
What Foundation Finance actually lets you hook into
Foundation Finance documents a dealer portal and contractor tools, not a marketing integration. This is the inventory we build from, with anything unverified marked as a check.
- 1
LaunchPAD dealer portal
Where prequals, credit applications, document generation and color-coded status tracking live. It's the source of truth for funded jobs.
- 2
Custom credit app link
Issued on request for text, email or your website, and documented to prequalify homeowners automatically. We confirm which domain it opens on and whether it accepts any tracking parameters.
- 3
API integration and software partners
Foundation Finance mentions API integration and lists Leap and Construct CRM as partners. We confirm whether your CRM can pull application status before planning around it.
- 4
DocuSign contract step
Signed documents trigger the hard credit inquiry. If your CRM sees the envelope, it can mark the signed stage.
- 5
No ad platform connection
No Google Ads, GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, webhook or Zapier option is documented, so funded jobs reach the ad platforms through Google's offline conversion import and Meta's Conversions API.
Foundation Finance · diagnose
Where Foundation Finance tracking breaks, in the order we check
With a dealer-portal lender the problem is almost never a missing tag. It's a click ID that was never saved before the sale left your website.
- 01
Is the click ID on the CRM record?
Open the CRM lead behind a job LaunchPAD shows as funded and look for the GCLID or Meta browser ID. If it's missing, nothing downstream can be matched.
- 02
Which event is being sent as the sale?
Prequal, signed documents and funded are often mixed up. We find out which one your ads are actually learning from.
- 03
Does funded status ever leave LaunchPAD?
Check whether anyone updates the CRM after the ACH clears, and how many days that takes.
- 04
Where do custom app link applications land?
Test the link from an ad-tagged visit and see whether that homeowner can be tied back to the click.
- 05
Is the value the funded amount?
Compare reported conversion values with the final contract documents, not the approval limit.

Source of truth
LaunchPAD application records: funded contracts by date and amount, matched to the CRM lead that booked the estimate
- One estimate request submitted from a tagged Google ad link, with its GCLID showing on the CRM lead before any LaunchPAD prequal.
- Prequal, signed and funded stages each firing once, at the right step.
- Funded jobs uploaded to Google Ads offline conversions and accepted without match errors.
- The same jobs received by Meta through the Conversions API with a shared event ID.
- Conversion values checked line by line against final contract amounts.
- Cancelled contracts and expired approvals confirmed absent from the sale conversion.
- Rerun 30 days later on the next batch of verified and funded installs.

Foundation Finance · when not to buy
When you don't need this for Foundation Finance
Plenty of dealers can skip it, and we'll say so on the call.
- If most of your Foundation Finance jobs come from canvassing, home shows or referrals rather than paid ads, there's no click to tie the contract to.
- If you run only Local Services Ads or lead marketplaces, which have no click matching of this kind, fix lead handling first.
- If only a small share of your sales are financed and your CRM already sends closed jobs to Google Ads, adding the financing stage changes little.
- If your leads have no reliable CRM record before the in-home visit, set that up first. It's the step every later fix depends on.
Foundation Finance · what we deliver
The event map on Foundation Finance
Estimate requested
The call or form from the ad, with the Google click ID, Meta browser ID and UTMs stored on the CRM record. Everything later depends on this step.
Prequalified in LaunchPAD
Logged as a qualification signal from the soft pull, never as a sale. A 'no available offer found' result is tagged so declines don't count.
Contract documents signed
The DocuSign set completed by homeowner and dealer, carrying the financed amount. Kept as a secondary conversion for bidding visibility.
Job verified and funded
The primary conversion: Foundation Finance has completed its verification call and the ACH has been sent. Valued at the funded contract amount.
Cash and outside-lender jobs
Closed through the same CRM stage, so a homeowner who pays cash or finances elsewhere after a LaunchPAD decline still counts as a sale from the ad.
Excluded on purpose
Expired approvals, cancelled contracts, document sets replaced after a change order, and consumer payments made on the Foundation Finance account portal.
Written guarantee
95%+ tracking accuracy
Measured against LaunchPAD application records: funded contracts by date and amount, matched to the CRM lead that booked the estimate. Miss it and we keep working at no cost.

FAQ
Foundation Finance questions, answered
Not that its documentation shows. LaunchPAD handles applications, documents and status, so funded jobs have to be sent to Google Ads and Meta from your CRM through offline conversion import and the Conversions API.
Only as a secondary signal. A prequal is a soft credit pull, and the hard inquiry doesn't happen until signed contract documents arrive, so it's too early to tell your ads a sale happened.
Usually, if the link is shared after the lead is already in your CRM with its click ID. Applications started cold from the link need testing, because Foundation Finance doesn't document whether it passes tracking parameters.
Send signing as a secondary event and funding as the primary one. Foundation Finance pays by ACH only after the job is complete and verified, so funding is the step that proves the sale stuck.
Both are listed as Foundation Finance partners, which may make status syncing easier. We confirm what your account can actually pull before the build.
Yes. Once funded jobs flow back, we can manage the campaigns ourselves and bid toward financed installs instead of estimate requests.
