Conversion tracking for SuiteDash appointments
SuiteDash bundles the CRM, client portal, invoicing and each staff member's BookMe page into one system, so the booking and the money eventually land in the same records. The tracking problem is the step before that: the BookMe page is served by SuiteDash, and we have not confirmed that it accepts an ad pixel or tag container. Until that is checked on your account, assume the ad click and the booked call are not connected.

SuiteDash · what breaks
Where SuiteDash bookings go missing
- 01
A booking page you may not be able to tag
Check whether BookMe accepts custom tracking code; if it doesn't, the browser never reports the booking.
- 02
One page per staff member
Ads pointed at several BookMe links split the data and make campaigns hard to compare.
- 03
The booking is not the sale
In SuiteDash the money shows up later as a paid invoice or subscription, often weeks after the call.
- 04
Portal clients booking again
Existing clients who book follow-ups are not new business.
SuiteDash · the fix
What you get instead — SuiteDash
Paid invoices as the conversion that matters
Traced back to the first booked call, with the invoice amount as value.
A tested path for the click identifier
Through whatever field or automation your account supports, proven on one real booking.
New prospects separated from existing clients
Using the CRM record SuiteDash already keeps.
SuiteDash · architecture
What SuiteDash actually lets you do
SuiteDash describes booking automations; several tracking features we would normally rely on are unconfirmed, so they are written here as checks.
- 1
Per-staff BookMe pages
Each team member has a public booking page that checks their calendar availability inside SuiteDash.
- 2
Automations on booked, canceled and rescheduled
Described in SuiteDash's overview. Check what data an automation can send out, and to where.
- 3
CRM, invoicing and subscriptions in one place
A contact created at booking is the same record later invoiced, which makes the booked-to-paid match possible.
- 4
Check whether BookMe accepts tracking code
We have not confirmed pixel, GA4 or GTM support on the booking page itself.
- 5
Check whether UTMs or click IDs survive to the contact
If they don't, the identifier has to be captured on your own site before the visitor leaves for BookMe.
SuiteDash · diagnose
Where SuiteDash tracking breaks, checked in order
On SuiteDash the first questions are about capability, not configuration, so the order matters more than usual.
- 01
Confirm whether the BookMe page can load a tag at all
This decides whether a browser-side conversion is even possible.
- 02
Book a test appointment from an ad-style URL
Then look at the contact record for the UTM values and click ID.
- 03
Check what the booked automation can send
An email notification is not the same as a payload a server can read.
- 04
Match paid invoices to their original booking
Shows how long the sales cycle runs and what attribution window you need.
- 05
Separate portal clients from first-time bookers
Follow-up calls from existing clients otherwise inflate the count.

Source of truth
SuiteDash's appointment records and paid invoices for new contacts
- One BookMe appointment booked from a tagged URL, with the identifier found on the SuiteDash contact.
- Booked, canceled and rescheduled automations each triggered once and their output inspected.
- First paid invoice matched to its booking and sent with the invoice amount.
- A canceled BookMe appointment shown to retract its booked event.
- Existing portal clients confirmed excluded from the acquisition event.
- Each staff member's BookMe link confirmed to report under its own label.
- Reconciled per record over a closed window and repeated 30 days later.

SuiteDash · when not to buy
When you don't need this on SuiteDash
SuiteDash is usually run by small firms where the owner already knows where clients came from.
- If most new clients come by referral, asking at booking and recording the answer in the CRM may tell you more than ad tracking.
- If ads go to your own website and the lead form there is already tracked, the BookMe step may not need its own conversion.
- If your monthly ad spend is small, the setup cost may outrun what better data would save.
- If SuiteDash turns out to block both tags and outbound data on your plan, we will say so and recommend the simpler workaround rather than a build.

FAQ
SuiteDash questions, answered
We have not confirmed that SuiteDash supports it, so check your booking page settings first. If it doesn't, the booking has to be measured from your own site or from SuiteDash's records server-side.
SuiteDash describes automations on booked, canceled and rescheduled appointments. What matters is whether one can send data to an outside endpoint on your plan, which is tested on a live booking.
SuiteDash already holds both, and a consult that never turns into an invoice is not revenue. Sending the paid invoice gives the ad platform the outcome you actually care about.
Only if they are reported as one. Each link gets its own label, so you can see which consultant's page converts paid traffic.
As long as your sales cycle. The reconciliation shows it, and the attribution window is set to match rather than left at the default.
