Conversion tracking for ResponsiBid instant quotes
ResponsiBid gives a home-service visitor a price on the spot, then automated follow-up keeps working the people who didn't book. That spreads the sale across days and channels: some jobs book inside the quote, others after a follow-up email, a phone quote or an in-person visit. Default tracking credits the form at best, and ResponsiBid does not publicly document where a pixel can go, so the first job is finding out what its quote flow actually exposes.

ResponsiBid · what breaks
Where ResponsiBid quotes lose their source
- 01
A quote counted as a customer
Instant pricing makes requests cheap, and many come from people comparing three companies.
- 02
Jobs closed by follow-up
The yes arrives after an automated email days later, far from the ad session.
- 03
Phone and in-person quotes in the same system
They rarely start from an ad click, yet they can look like one in a blended report.
- 04
Recurring service valued as one visit
If customers stay for months, bidding on the first visit's price undersells your best leads.
ResponsiBid · the fix
What changes with ResponsiBid
Booked jobs as the conversion
Quote requests become a secondary signal.
The ad click attached to the quote
Captured on your site and carried in if the quote flow accepts it.
Quoted and booked value on each event
Campaigns that bring large jobs outrank ones that bring small ones.
ResponsiBid · architecture
What ResponsiBid actually lets you do
ResponsiBid's public pages name instant, phone and in-person quoting, instant and admin scheduling, and automated follow-up. We could not confirm its tracking hooks, so every technical step below is a check.
- 1
Instant online quoting with instant scheduling
Named publicly. The price exists before a human sees the lead, so the quoted amount could serve as conversion value if it can be read.
- 2
Phone and in-person quotes alongside online ones
Named publicly. These need a source field so they never pass as ad conversions.
- 3
Check how the quote form sits on your site
Embedded on your page, opened in a popup or hosted elsewhere: that decides whether your own tags see anything.
- 4
Check for a thank-you redirect or confirmation event after booking
The only reliable browser moment. If it does not exist, bookings come from ResponsiBid data instead.
- 5
Check the integrations list for Zapier, webhooks or a CRM sync
Any of these turns a booking into a server-side event that does not depend on the visitor's browser.
ResponsiBid · diagnose
Where ResponsiBid tracking breaks, in diagnostic order
Quote tools fail in a recognizable pattern: plenty of reported leads, few that match a real job.
- 01
Compare reported conversions with quotes, then with booked jobs
If ad conversions track quotes closely, you are bidding on price checks.
- 02
Request a quote from an ad-tagged URL and find it in ResponsiBid
If the click or UTM is nowhere on the record, attribution stops at the form.
- 03
Count bookings that came after a follow-up
These are ad-driven jobs that show up as nothing in Google Ads.
- 04
Check that staff-created quotes fire nothing
An office manager building a quote should never look like a paid lead.
- 05
Check what value, if any, reaches the platforms
A flat lead value hides the difference between a small one-off job and a large one.

Source of truth
ResponsiBid's quote and booking records: jobs booked by date, with quote source and value
- A quote requested from an ad-tagged URL, with the click or UTM traced onto the ResponsiBid record.
- A booking made inside the quote flow confirmed to send one conversion with its value.
- A booking made after follow-up confirmed matched to the original click.
- Phone and in-person quotes confirmed excluded from ad conversions.
- A cancelled job confirmed to reverse.
- Reconciled per job over a fully closed month.
- Re-checked 30 days later and after any change to the quote form or pricing.

ResponsiBid · when not to buy
When you don't need this on ResponsiBid
A lot of service businesses can stop well short of a full rebuild.
- If most work comes from repeat customers and referrals, ads are not where this effort belongs.
- If you only run Local Services Ads, Google reports those leads inside its own platform and website conversion tracking is a separate question.
- If you get a handful of online quotes a week, a monthly manual match of booked jobs to ad clicks is cheaper and nearly as useful.
- If the quote form is busy but jobs are not booking, the problem is price or follow-up, and tracking will only confirm it.

FAQ
ResponsiBid questions, answered
Not one we could confirm in its public material. We check your account and its integrations first, then design around what actually exists.
The booked job. Instant quotes are easy to request and many are price comparisons, so bidding on them teaches Google to find shoppers.
Yes, if the original click was stored with the lead. The later booking is sent server-side and matched to that click, long after the visitor's browser is gone.
The quoted or accepted price of the booked job. For recurring service we can add an estimated value, labeled as an estimate rather than passed off as revenue.
Not as ad conversions unless the call itself came from an ad and is tracked as a call. Otherwise they stay in ResponsiBid reporting, so campaigns are not credited for jobs they did not start.
