Conversion tracking for Paperbell coaching packages
Paperbell sells coaching as packages. A client clicks Book Now, lands on Paperbell's hosted package page, and books and pays there, or picks a slot in a calendar you embedded on your own site. Either way, the purchase finishes somewhere we have not found a documented slot for your pixel or analytics tag. What Paperbell does list is Zapier, and that is the realistic route for getting a paid package back to Meta and Google.

Paperbell · what breaks
What goes wrong when coaches advertise into Paperbell
- 01
The sale happens on Paperbell's pages
Your site sends the click. The package checkout is hosted elsewhere, so your tags see someone leave and never see them pay.
- 02
A free discovery call reported like a sale
Plenty of coaches advertise a $0 package. If it shares a conversion with a paid coaching package, the ad platform learns to find cheap bookings.
- 03
Calls that never turn into a package
The call gets booked; the purchase arrives days later through a different link, and nothing joins the two.
- 04
Invite-only packages inflating ad results
Packages you send privately to existing clients are retention, but they can end up counted next to ad-driven sales.
Paperbell · the fix
What changes — Paperbell
Paid packages as the conversion
At the package price, taken from the purchase.
Discovery calls as a separate, lower signal
So a campaign is judged on calls that went on to buy.
Invite-only purchases kept out
Reported as existing-client revenue, not ad revenue.
Paperbell · architecture
What Paperbell actually lets you do
Paperbell documents very little about tracking, so most of this is a list of things to confirm inside your account.
- 1
Shareable links to packages, calendars and your homepage
Documented. Any of them can go in an ad, a bio or an email.
- 2
An embeddable booking calendar
Copied from a package's Sharing tab, it puts the scheduling step on your own page.
- 3
Zapier
The one listed route for moving purchases out of Paperbell into other tools.
- 4
Check whether any pixel or analytics field exists
We found no documented Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or GTM setting. Test in your account before planning around one.
- 5
Check whether checkout can send clients to your own page
A post-purchase redirect is not documented. Without one, a thank-you page on your site is not a firing point.
Paperbell · diagnose
Where Paperbell tracking breaks, in diagnostic order
Coaching funnels are low-volume, so one missing purchase shows. Use that to your advantage.
- 01
Book your own free package from a link with a test click ID
Then look at whether anything you control recorded it.
- 02
Find out what the ad platforms are counting today
A Book Now click, a call booking or a purchase. It is often the first.
- 03
Match paid packages to the calls before them
By email, to see how many sales started with an ad-driven call.
- 04
Look for invite-only packages in conversion counts
Private packages sold to current clients make campaigns look better than they are.
- 05
Confirm the Zapier trigger runs once per purchase
A missed or repeated run shows up as a count that is off by one or two.

Source of truth
Paperbell's purchase and client records, by package, over a closed window
- A free package booked through the embedded calendar from a tagged link, with the identifier matched in the Zapier payload.
- A paid package bought and shown to arrive once, with its price.
- A refund shown to reverse the sale.
- Discovery calls and paid packages shown as separate conversions.
- Invite-only package sales shown to stay out of ad reporting.
- Purchases matched one at a time against each platform over a closed month.
- Checked again 30 days later and after any Paperbell or Zapier change.

Paperbell · when not to buy
When you don't need this on Paperbell
Most coaches running Paperbell are small, and some of them should not spend money on this.
- If your clients come from referrals and you run no paid traffic, Paperbell's own client list is the report you need.
- If your ads only fill free discovery calls and you close every sale yourself, tracking the call properly and uploading sales by hand each month may be enough.
- If you sell only a few packages a month, no ad platform can optimize on that number; put the effort into the call instead.
- If you would rather not pay for Zapier, say so. The build then relies on manual offline uploads, and we will scope it that way.

FAQ
Paperbell questions, answered
We have not found that documented. Check your settings; if there is no field, the purchase has to come back through Zapier rather than the browser.
Package sales if you have enough of them. Most coaches don't, so the call is what the campaign optimizes on and package sales are sent as value for reporting.
It keeps the booking step on your page, which helps capture the click. Whether payment completes inside the embed or on Paperbell's pages is something to test in your account.
It is the only listed way Paperbell passes purchases to other tools. Each purchase goes to a server container, which forwards it to the ad platforms.
It is an event, not revenue. Send it with no value and keep it apart from paid packages.
